A stunning location, with a demand for a high quality design led home. Being in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), this location required a paragraph 79 application to the Local Authority to justify the existence of a dwelling in such a treasured location. The team at Hollaway worked hard to meet our brief as well as creating something that the planning team would appreciate and uphold. Our brief as always was to create a truly robust, light filled, adaptable living space that soaks up its external environment to reflect inwards to conjure up a feeling of immersion into the greenery outside whilst appreciating the materials and warmth of the home created within.
